| Excellent locum tenens job opportunity for a Gastroenterologist in the Albany, New York area. Solo GI doctor who rounds at two hospitals is looking for locums coverage one week per month for vacation coverage. Locums doctor will typically see 12-16 PPD and cover new consults at the office setting in the AM and then do basic procedures (endoscopies and colonoscopies) in the PM, as well as round on in-patients. Locums will be on call, but will only handle routine questions. Hospitalists will cover admits. Provider will only be called in for emergencies. All procedures are at the hospitals where there are five state-of-the-art endoscopy suites. ... |
